The Visitor is a love letter to Japanese horror films such as Ju-On and Ringu, as well as the body horror sub-genre. The story follows a young man, Anthony, who takes home a locket at the behest of a mysterious vagabond. Anthony’s situation begins to go awry when the rightful owner of the locket visits him that night. What consequently unravels is a demented night of supernatural sadism.
